It's a frequently-asked question that what is the best viewing distance of P16mm LED display, what is the best viewing distance of P7.62mm LED display? And in the same essential, "if I need a LED screen with viewers from 100m, from 20m, what pixel pitch LED display should I choose?" 

Generally speaking, the viewing distance of a LED display is determined by 3 factors:
1. Pixel Pitch
2. Screen Size
3. LED Brightness

3. Determining the type of LED display you need
The distance between your sign and its viewers is the important factor in determining the type of LED display you will need. Longer distances require less resolution and shorter distances require higher resolutions. Therefore, the viewing distance is directly related to the pixel pitch used in a LED display. The smaller the pixel pitch, the shorter the optimal viewing distance. The larger the pixels pitch, the longer the optimal viewing distance. A simple but effective rule could be to consider.

For example, that the optimal viewing distance for a LED display with a 6mm pixel pitch is 6 meters.
